Delivery Policy: All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. We shall keep you updated by email when your order is shipped. Our orders are shipped by Royal Mail post. Large orders are sent via courier. If your order has not reached you within 5 days of making the order please contact us on the details below.
Returns: In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us in writing (i.e. via letter, fax or email) of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.We accept returns and exchange as long as the product has been unopened and unused. If you change your mind or wish to exchange your product please contact us by email or telephone and we will be happy to discuss your order. Once returns have reached us we will refund the full amount in total.
International Orders: We welcome international orders. For EU and Non-EU customers please submit the order as normal and we shall calculate the delivery cost. We shall then send you a e-bill via email for the postage and packaging cost.
Foreign currencies: You may now view our prices in a range of foreign currencies. However we now only accept British Pounds as payment when checking out. You can pay by debit or credit card and your currency will be automatically converted to pound sterling.
Orders by cheque: We welcome non-card orders. Please submit your order as usual and choose option 'Pay by Cheque' and we shall send you full details by email.
